Committees

Executive Committee of the College:

The Executive Committee is responsible for all business and policies related to the ECVO and its members. The Executive Committee appoints and guides the other Committees listed below. read more


Credentials Committee:

The Credentials Committee provides guidelines for and supervises the completion of requirements to become eligible for the ECVO qualifying examination. read more


Education and Residency Committee:

The Education and Residency Committee is responsible for setting criteria for the residency programmes, approving the programmes as well as monitoring each resident's progress. read more


Examination Committee:

The Examination Committee is responsible for the preparation and implementation of diploma examinations. read more


Re-evaluation Committee:

The Re-evaluation Committee regularly reassesses the Diplomate status of every Diplomate. read more

 

Hereditary Eye Diseases (HED) Committee:

The HED Committee provides guidelines, recommendations and information for the ECVO hereditary eye disease scheme, basis for the examination of the animal eye and its adnexa for presumed inherited eye diseases. read more

 

Scientific Committee:

The scientific committee oversees the scientific program of the Annual meeting of the ECVO. read more

 

Planning Committee:

The planning committee is responsible for the program of the annual meeting and different seminars organized by the ECVO. read more

 

Communication Committee:

The communication committee is responsible for overseeing the PR aspects of the college and promoting the profession in a variety of ways. read more
