Finding a Certified Examiner/Panellist An ECVO certificate for eye examinations for hereditary eye diseases may only be issued by an ECVO Diplomate (including ECVO affiliate members) and ECVO-recognised Eye Scheme Examiner (ESE). The designation of the latter is "ECVO-recognised ESE". The following countries have a national eye panel that participates in the ECVO Eye Scheme.
