To apply for the Qualifying Examination candidates must:

• Have received notification from the Credentials Committee that their application has been approved (step 2)
• Submit Form B in electronic format (signed, scanned, and saved as a PDF)
• Pay the applicable examination fee
• Inform the Treasurer of the payment via email

Following successful completion of this step, candidates will receive confirmation of eligibility to sit the Qualifying Examination no later than 1st January of the examination year.
Notification will be sent via email by the Chair of the Credentials Committee. If you have not received this confirmation by the stated date, it is your responsibility to contact the Chair directly to ensure the matter is investigated.
