To ensure that the application is processed, please note that the examination fee must be paid in full and received by the ECVO’s bank account by the specified deadline. Applications will not be evaluated or processed until payment has been confirmed.

Applicants are responsible for covering any additional bank fees incurred during the transfer process.

• For payments within the EU, a BIC or SWIFT code is generally not required, as the IBAN contains all necessary information for a direct transfer.
• For payments from outside the EU, please consult your bank to ensure the correct routing information is used.

Please ensure that your full name is included with the payment to allow for proper identification.

Once transferred, fees are non-refundable.
