My name is Joël Kabanda. I graduated from the University of Liège in Belgium in 2022. Following my graduation, I completed a one-year rotating internship at the University Veterinary Clinic of Liège. Afterwards, at the end of 2023, I worked as a general veterinary practitioner in France for a little over a year. I then returned to Liège, where I completed an ophthalmology internship at the University Veterinary Clinic. In September 2025, I relocated to Paris to pursue a second ophthalmology internship at the Frégis Veterinary Hospital Centre. My residency started in October 2026 under the supervision of Dr. Guillaume Payen. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends, travelling, and practicing sports
