My name is Rossana Gilardoni, and I graduated in 2020 from the Veterinary University of Milan. During my studies, I developed a strong interest in ophthalmology. After graduation, I worked in a general small animal practice while continuing to focus on ophthalmology under the mentorship of Dr. Laura Barachetti. In 2022, I started a one-year internship at Polo Oculistico Veterinario in Milan. Following that, I continued practicing ophthalmology alongside general small animal medicine. I started my residency in October 2025 at Polo Oculistico Veterinario in Milan under the supervision of Dr. Laura Barachetti.
