I graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna in 2020. During my studies, I completed a research externship for my diploma thesis at the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Production at the University of Naples Federico II in Italy. After graduation, I worked as an emergency veterinarian for small animals in Berlin, followed by a position in a mixed general practice in the Bernese Oberland region of Switzerland. I then began to specialize in ophthalmology, spending two years at a dedicated ophthalmology practice in Munich. In June 2025, I started my residency under the supervision of Dr. Claudia Busse at the University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover Foundation. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring my new home city of Hannover by bike, staying active through sports such as running and volleyball, and, if time allows, I would love to join a local theatre group.
