My name is Anna Maria Mesa Guillamet and I graduated in veterinary at the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 2019. After working for a year in a small animal practice, I undertook a small animal rotating internship in AniCura Ars Veterinaria referral hospital in 2021, followed by the attendance to the Veterinary Ophthalmology Certification Course postgraduate degree at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. In 2022 I performed an ophthalmology internship in AniCura Valencia Sur in Silla, Valencia, where I started my residency program in September 2023 under the supervision of Dr. Ángel Ortillés and Dr. Klaas-Ole Blohm.
