My name is Juliana Giselbrecht. I graduated in 2020 at the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna. After several months working in a general practice, I completed a two-year internship equivalent at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. I started my doctoral thesis on the determination of anti-p15E antibodies in the diagnostics of feline leukemia virus infection there as well. During my studies from 2020 to 2022 I spent six months as a researcher at the Vetsuisse-Faculty of the University of Zurich. In October 2022, I returned to the University of Veterinary Medicine in Vienna and started my ophthalmology residency training under the supervision of Prof Barbara Nell.
