I graduated from the University of Bristol in 2005. I then spent seven years in first opinion practice in Bristol. During this time, I worked towards my RCVS Certificate in Veterinary Ophthalmology which I achieved in 2012. I was designated a RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Veterinary Ophthalmology in 2015. From 2012-2019 I worked as a full time ophthalmologist (and for some time also as an exotics species clinician) at Highcroft Veterinary Referrals in Bristol and then at Eastcott Referrals in Swindon. I commenced my ECVO residency in August 2019 under the supervision of ECVO Diplomates -David Donaldson and Claudia Hartley. I am passionate about teaching and mentoring young vets and have a strong interest in wild life conservation and scientific media presenting. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, running and dancing and have always been keen on architecture and design.
