Ioannis undertook his ECVO residency programme at Davies Veterinary Specialists, where he stayed after the completion of his residency and acted as Head of the Ophthalmology department. He successfully passed his qualifying exams and obtained the Diploma of the European College of Veterinary Ophthalmology in 2023. Later the same year, Ioannis established Vet Eye Care, an independent ophthalmology referral clinic in Peterborough where he currently practices.
