I graduated from the university of Edinburgh in 2001 after which I entered small animal general practice. I gained my RCVS Certificate in Veterinary Ophthalmology in 2009 after which I worked as a dedicated ophthalmologist in several referral centres across the northwest of England. I was designated an RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Veterinary Ophthalmology in 2015. My residency at Davies Veterinary Specialists started in 2017 under the supervision of David Gould and Kerry Smith.
