After graduating in Veterinary Medicine from the Veterinary Faculty at the
University of Ljubljana in Slovenia, I worked for 5 years at the University
Ljubljana Veterinary Faculty as a general clinician, during which time I
developed a strong interest in veterinary ophthalmology.
To pursuit my ambitions, I moved to the United Kingdom in early 2012, and
worked at a very busy charity clinic in London plus undertaking some locum
work at general practices. I went on to undertake a general intership
program at Davies Veterinary Specialists in Bedfordshire. I joined the team
at South Devon Referrals in Abbotskerswell in April, and have now started
the ophthalmology residency training program.
