She graduated with honors on 2003 at the School of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Milan. In 2005 spent 3 months at the Department of Ophthalmology of the Tufts Cumming School of Veterinary Medicine (MA-USA). In 2006 she attended the ACVO Basic Science Course in Veterinary and Comparative Ophthalmology and Histologic Basis of Ocular Disease Short Course, in Madison (WI-USA). In the same year she spent 3 months at the Department of Ophthalmology of the University of Wisconsin. On December 2010 she finished a PhD at the Department of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Milan, where she is still working as a contract Professor. She finished her residency on 2017 at the Istituto Veterinario di Novara and she obtained the title of Diplomate ECVO in 2018. She's head of the Polo Oculistico Veterinario of Milan.
