Alexandre graduated from the University of Lyon (France) in 2012. Following graduation, he completed a small animal general internship in the University of Lyon and a specialized internship in ophthalmology at the University of Maisons-Alfort in Paris. From 2015 to 2018 he completed a double ophthalmology residency training program, certified by the European College of Veterinary Ophthalmology and the French veterinary ophthalmology specialty, again at the University of Maisons-Alfort. Alexandre was awarded the Diplôme d'Etudes Spécialisées Vétérinaire in Ophthalmology in 2018 and become a diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Ophthalmology in 2019. He currently works at the Atlantia Veterinary Hospital in Nantes, a multi-disciplinary private referral practice.
